Maturity Model of Transformational Change
We have developed plans for managing change in organizational behaviour and culture. Using our culture maturity model, gaps and opportunities were identified to progress toward a sustained, productive and supportive workplace culture.
For three components culture, leadership and governance we outlined a full range of possible activities at each stage of the maturity model. These were the basis for setting priorities on a costed plan of activities for the gradual management of organizational behavioural change.
