Maturity Model of Transformational Change

Transformation of back-office processes is an enduring element of change affecting people, process and technology. The highest levels of government recognize that an engaged and healthy workforce is critical to transformation outcomes.

We have developed plans for managing change in organizational behaviour and culture. Using our culture maturity model, gaps and opportunities were identified to progress toward a sustained, productive and supportive workplace culture.

For three components culture, leadership and governance we outlined a full range of possible activities at each stage of the maturity model. These were the basis for setting priorities on a costed plan of activities for the gradual management of organizational behavioural change.
