Unlocking the potential for change, requires much more. It requires knowing what organizational, process, governance, and performance levers need to be used to build solutions and adjust plans going forward. We also seek to clarify exactly what measurable process benefits are possible with change, so that this can be communicated to stakeholders in very practical day-to-day terms. This goes way beyond high-level motherhood statements of objectives. This is the only way to get early buy-in and engagement at the middle-manager and working level.
